Refund policy
This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through Mekman (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order on our website, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Exchange-Only Policy (No Refunds Unless Specified)
Except as expressly stated in Section 8 (Refund Policy), Mekman does not offer refunds for any orders.
Eligible products may be exchanged once per order, subject to the conditions outlined in this Policy.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
An exchange may be requested only in the following circumstances:

Wrong product delivered

Size-related issues

Defective or damaged product
2.1 Exchange Conditions
To qualify for an exchange, the Customer must ensure:

Exchange request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any wear.

All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

Only one exchange is permitted per order.
2.2 Mandatory Photo/Video Evidence
The Customer must provide:

Clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
-
Proof must be sufficient to verify claims of defect, damage, wrong item, or size issue.
2.3 Continuous Video Verification Requirement
A single, continuous, unedited video is mandatory for claims related to:

Product defects
-
Damage
-
Wrong item delivered
The video must clearly display:

The full product
-
The defective/damaged area
-
The packaging
-
The courier shipping label
Edited, paused, cut, unclear, or stitched videos will be rejected.
3. Reverse Shipping Fees

A ₹100 reverse shipment fee applies to all exchanges.
-
This fee is waived only if the product delivered was damaged or incorrect.
4. Pickup and Self-Return Protocol
We will attempt to arrange a reverse pickup.
If courier pickup is unsuccessful, the Customer must self-ship the product to the following address:

Self-shipping charges are non-reimbursable.

Product must reach us within 7 days of exchange approval.

Exchange processing will commence only after the product passes quality control (QC) inspection.
5. Non-Exchangeable Scenarios
Mekman reserves the right to deny exchanges under the following conditions:

Product is used, washed, damaged, or altered
-
Missing tags, labels, accessories, or packaging
-
Stains, perfumes, or signs of wear are present
-
Exchange request submitted after 48 hours
-
Product returned without prior approval from Mekman
6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If the Customer receives a damaged or incorrect product:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchange will be processed at no additional cost.
-
Reverse pickup will be attempted; if unsuccessful, self-return may be required.
7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.

After shipment, cancellation is not permitted, and the order becomes eligible only for exchange, as per this Policy.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided except in the following specific circumstances:

Product is damaged or defective upon delivery

Wrong product delivered

Order was not delivered to the Customer

Missing items within the shipment
8.1 Refund Processing
Upon approval:

Refund will be issued to the original mode of payment

Processing time: 5–7 business days

Refund confirmation will be sent via email
8.2 Refund Exclusions
Refunds will not be granted for:

Size issues

Customer’s change of mind

Dislike of product

Any other personal preference-based reasons
All refund approvals are subject to quality check and verification by Mekman.
